🌿 JAR TEA – Dealer Policy & Code of Conduct

📌 Introduction

At JAR TEA, we value our dealers and distributors as trusted partners in bringing our premium tea to customers across Bangladesh. To ensure a fair and transparent business environment, we have established the following Dealer Policy.


✅ Dealer Rights

  • Access to original JAR TEA products directly from JAR LIMITED warehouses.
  • Marketing and promotional support from JAR LIMITED.
  • Fair pricing policy for all dealers.
  • Training and guidance for long-term growth.

⚠️ Dealer Responsibilities

All dealers must:

  • Sell only authentic JAR TEA products.
  • Follow the agreed pricing policy (no unfair discounting or black-market sales).
  • Ensure timely payment as per agreement.
  • Represent the JAR TEA brand in a professional manner.

🚫 Violation & Blacklisting Policy

Dealers may face suspension or termination of dealership if found involved in:

  • Cheating, fraud, or payment default.
  • Selling duplicate/adulterated products under JAR TEA branding.
  • Violating terms of the dealership agreement.
  • Misusing company confidential information.

Note: JAR LIMITED maintains an internal record of terminated/blacklisted dealers. Before approving new dealerships, applications will be checked against this record.


🔒 Confidentiality

While JAR LIMITED may terminate and restrict business with violators, dealer names will not be published publicly to avoid defamation and legal issues.


📝 Declaration

By applying as a JAR TEA dealer, you agree to follow this policy. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
